In the spring of 2018, through the Sport NS Sport Development Tool, gaps were identified in the structure of Wrestling NS.

To identify methods to these gaps, members were invited to participate in a strategic session on September 22, 2018. Below are some pictures of the session.

To date, we have created a Planning Team of four, who oversee four strategic groups. These groups – Operational Effectiveness, Participation, Coaching, and Officiating – are working hard to create strategies to close these gaps.
