9:00-930am: Introductions, setting out the plan, insights into how to get the most from yourself
9:30-11:30am: Wrestling Session 1
11:30-12:30 - Lunch on site
12:30-1:30pm: Goal Setting Workshop
1:30-3:30pm: Wrestling Session 2

Sunday November 18th
8:30am-9:00 am: Wrestlers arrive. Boots on ready to go by 9am!!
9:00-9:30 am: Review from day 1, discussion about mental & physical prep for optimal performance
9:30-11:30 am: Wrestling Session 3
11:30-12:00 - Lunch on site
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm - 2017-2018 Awards Presentations
1:00-1:30 pm: Goal Setting Workshop
1:30-3:30 pm: Wrestling Session 4
