Wrestlers with less experience are welcome, but must be disciplined, dedicated, and willing to do their homework. Athletes are strongly encouraged to keep journals, and set goals collaboratively with their primary coach,/ school coach, club coach, physician (if/ when necessary) and parents. The purpose of this practice is to prepare wrestlers who want to succeed at Nationals, Bantam East, and Provincial/ National/ International level competition.
